The array should be read from the '._' property

If the configData is from Windows command line, the array should be read from the '._' property. (https://www.npmjs.com/package/minimist)

That's totally weird. Seems like something that should be fixed in minimist.

I'd be happy to merge this, but I don't work for Benbria anymore, and I don't have permission to write to this repo. :(
