Add XSD schemas #9

This pull request will add the XSD schemas for Autoconfig Mail.

Hi @benbucksch,

Of course. As far as I know, the XSD of 1.0 is finished and the XSD of 1.1 is almost finished. I'm planning to do 1.2 as soon as I have time.
