Need to account for Life Members.

Can we really not re-use unit numbers? Check with MCDCS.

Good idea for a feature. At this time, the Closed Executive Board Secretary maintains an Excel spreadsheet of assigned Unit Numbers to current members and to Life Members. So, at this time, we can close out this request/issue.
