Move entire instance domain to `services_full` if use Cloudflare (DNS/CDN/SSL)

Additional notes

• These domains are previously use Cloudflare, but not for now...

  • encrypted-data.xyz
  • whatever.social

  However, due to my intent that if they was use, I won't use them at all!

• lingva.ml appear in services.json as fallback for Lingva, however, it doesn't appear in that instance list, instead, appeared to services_full.json, so consider to change to another fallback or remove.
