Derive label from link if the label is empty #17

The label is now an optional field and will derive a value from the link itself

Really appreciate the contribution, @aaronbushnell! I had a local branch started with nearly an identical approach. Great minds! Going to merge those together and get this out with the Statamic 5 update.
