Can you take a quick look and let me know if my changes look good to you? I am at a retreat all day tomorrow but if you are able to confirm and make the repo public before, say, 7:30 am PT, I should be able to send out an announcement to the participants.

Actually, I realized I already made the changes on master as I was going along, so they aren't in the diff for this PR.
