Carelink URL #9

Participating in 780g trials. The possibility to read data from the Carelink trials site. https://carelink-trials.minimed.com/ would be awesome. Could the URL be a parameter of the app.

The URL is automatically determined using the country. Users shouldn't have to know the URL, which may also change in time. Maybe a new parameter in CareLink Follower (for example Clinical Research) would be a better way to handle this scenario.
