Add Budgie Stream to list of apps in the wild #481

Hi Filip, I already saw your project in GitHub, we are happy to add it.

I even think there is a bug on https://github.com/filahf/budgie-stream/blob/master/budgie-stream/public/electron.js#L35 (because the auto updater is undefined.
