Removing our faulty duration_output and using our specialized memory_output seemingly already fixes the problem :sweat_smile:

Of course ideally we'd fix our memory measurements but that's a whole other topic - being more resilient is a first good step.
If this passes review I'd cherry pick release it as 0.13.2
