Add and show git commit message #507

Our old system showed the git commit message in the tooltip on the chart. This was very useful for identifying spikes/steps to the performance.

Great idea!

In the meantime, if you set your Bencher project's URL to your GitHub repo URL, the git hashes will magically be turned into links to the commit on GitHub. For example: https://bencher.dev/perf/bencher/metrics/d6e7a5fc-6d7d-4a51-b49d-96f8bf1f45ef
