Extract out description from notes

This is debatable at the moment, but I originally added in the Description in the notes for future reference if anyone was ever curious what was the original pitch that people were interested in.

However, it may be a bit much in the notes themselves. This issue is to consider extracting it out to the README section so people can see what is what before diving into the notes.
