Cleaned thunderfish! Final pull-request from J. Benda merged. #36

I removed everything that was not being used in thunderfish.py. Every file was removed and then commited independently, so there is a chance to rescue things individually if that should ever be the case.

Please check and merge. We should all be using this cleaned version!
