Issue fixing and more... #39

See my commit messages what I did, it is about everything - here and there a little bit. This was motivated by fixing most of the issues, but then I wandered around here and there in the code. In particular in powerspectrum and eodanalysis.

Get a fresh pull and install of the audioio package!

Wow Jan! These changes look really nice. Thunderfish is starting to look like a real package now.
