scram b gives error parsing the BuildFile.xml, I removed the first line.

Ok that's weird, this should be standard xml commenting. Which CMSSW are you trying to compile in? (I was testing this in CMSSW_5_3_11_patch5 on slc5 at least...)

I'm testing in CMSSW_5_3_7_patch6 release on slc5.

The error is: ERROR: SCRAM::Plugins::DocParser:src/HiggsAnalysis/GBRLikelihood/BuildFile.xml:16:Missing closing tag "doc". ######### START ######### --> ######### END ######### **\ ERROR: Failed parsing file: src/HiggsAnalysis/GBRLikelihood/BuildFile.xml.

In the comment a appears, but I don't know the logic followed by scram in adding it.
