Port to Polymer 2.0 #19

Going to make the switch in 2 parts, the first one will be bumping everything to shadow dom v1 (#18) that's non breaking, after that I'll move the code to Polymer 2.0 and make any of the required breaking changes to support 2.0 and release as a breaking change.
