add browser support note to README, and package.json #14

addresses issues #13 and #15.

happy to further update the README if I missed any other ES6 features that made it into the minified distribution code.

for the package.json, I matched your style from the one I found in animateplus: https://github.com/bendc/animateplus/blob/master/package.json
