release folder and js not included in NPM #70

Hello, First of all thanks for your work on that package. I've noticed that the release folder and the minified JS are not included anymore in the NPM package. So I can't use your package in a non CommonJS AngularJS app. I did test with NPM 3.10.10 and Yarn 0.27.5.
