macOS: QGIS installation instructions need update #37

The file layout of QGIS for macOS has changed a lot (tested with QGIS 3.22), and the installation instructions should reflect this. In general, it would be better to avoid "absolute" directory names in the instructions and instead tell people how to clearly identify the relevant directories by content (for all OS).

Done. Let's see how long it takes for these instructions to become outdated and inaccurate again...
