Additional diagnostics

Summarising outstanding additional diagnostics to be implemented in a single issue for the sake of documentation. The anomalous diffusion coefficients are needed because they are often implemented as profiles when looking at tokamak cases. The collisions are needed to both allow a complete momentum and energy balance per species, and to enhance debugging of any other components that depend on collisionality, such as neutral diffusion.

• [ ] Energy and momentum transfer channel variables for each collision
• [x] Anomalous diffusion coefficients (D, Chi, Nu) Completed
