Ghost / Pacman interaction #16

[x] implement collision detection + event handling
[x] change ghost mode when a ghost was eaten
[x] inc. score when a ghost was eaten
[x] show the score when a ghost was eaten on it´s position (+ ghost is hidden)
[x] stop game for a while when PacMan or a ghost was killed/eaten
[x] draw the dying Pacman
[x] draw only ghost´s eyes when he is walking back (after was eaten by PacMan)
[ ] entroduce lives counter
[ ] draw pacmans for the lives counter
