Write a report in ACM proceedings style discussing the intended use of the project and how the design and extensions support that use.
The report should cover:
The use case(i,e. story) that motivates the project.
Related work. (I don't know what the Professor means by this, it's in the power point though)
Design decisions and the extensions.
Interesting aspects of the implementation.
An explanation of testing:
Experimental setup, data set, metrics, variables and results
An explanation of the results
Note that the report has a length limit of six pages.
Construct a power point show to use during the presentation, as far as I know the presentation lasts 20 minutes with 5 minutes for discussion and
Presentation should cover:
The use case (i,e. story) that is the motivation for the project.
Any interesting design decisions made (What distinguishes this project from others).
The idea of the extension and how the implementation of this was approached.
Performance measurements (From milestone 3)
Quick demo.
(Basically the same as the report.)
To begin the presentation we must provide a short agenda of the presentation and a brief overview of the system. The presentation must have a central idea as an organizing factor. This may be the use case in the context of a real world scenario, or it may be a major design challenge or decision. The choice of central theme is up to the team. The presentation should also have a clear conclusion and "Take Away Message".
We must bring the following to the presentation:
Two copies of a completed attribution table
A printout of the slides (Six slides per page)
The slides on a USB or laptop
Read the CDB - project guidelines document on moodle.
