Add support for assembly hubs #14

There is a script in the nanopore pipeline for creating a custom track + assembly hub for a given sam file and reference. Please add to scripts.

createAssemblyHub.py and faToTwoBit now added to scripts. A shell wrapper called createAssemblyHub added as well. Tests successful on alignments from the new reads.fq (31 reads).
