VCF format #24

Hi there,

I used marginAlign and marginCaller to analyse my data. I just wonder if the VCF format generated by marginCaller can be converted into normal format. That will make it easier for downstream analysis. Thank you.

Hello, Sorry for the delay in getting back, and for the hassle. We can certainly change the VCF format if the current one is not suitable for downstream processing.

Would you mind sharing an example with the format you recommended? My email is miten@soe.ucsc.edu.
