A strange server problem #11

The server seems to be working, so why the error? Can the problem be related to the size of the b/w image (4.8 MB, binarized with ScanTailor Advanced) or some other properties of this PNG file? After this error it is possible to continue working with another document. Actually the ST output was a smaller TIFF: Rubricella.tif TIFF 15414x26586 15414x26586+0+0 1-bit Bilevel Gray 1.62067MiB 0.000u 0:00.000 Loading this file instead of PNG doesn'help. It seems to work with RubricellaBW.png PNG 2568x4221 2568x4221+0+0 8-bit Gray 2c 735946B 0.000u 0:00.000 but the quality of this file is unfortunately not sufficient. I get the same error when I use the original ST tiff as the b/w image. VirtualBox_bullseye_04_06_2022_07_48_38

I just realized that the ST b/w output is much larger than the color original (I'm not a regular ST user, looks like I made some mistake). I scaled it down to the original size (which resulted in a surprising loss of quality) but it didn't helped.

Looks like the different sizes of color and b/w images were the culprit.
