The user should have the option to set the language of the app. The otions right now are german and englisch. THe setting he chooses should be persistemt.
The language packs for the language are already setup. Right now the system language og the device is taken for the apps settings. Related issue: https://github.com/benediktscheffel/nodocs/issues/16
