Please update gem soccer lib to v3

Hello! Unfortunately, we don't currently have the resources to work on the soccer API. We are focusing on completing the current APIs for NFL and NCAAFB. We would welcome any contributions on soccer, if that is something you would have an opportunity to work on. Thank you!
