duplicate fractions appear when applying cross-out #111

In QA, on step 4, applying the cross out function to the negative signs (select the just the negative sign, then cross out) introduces a duplicate of the fraction to the right of the negative sign. No duplicate symbols and operands were introduced in step 2 when cross-outs were also applied.
