Input: Gender (Demographics > Second Page)

This task defines the gender input on the second demographics page.

The above mockup shows the inputs in context of the second page of the demographic info (/userDetails). 

Gender

The third input heading should read "Gender", followed by a dropdown input button. By default, this dropdown input should say "Choose one". From top to bottom, the options should read: 

• Prefer Not to Say
• Male 
• Female
• Other 

Acceptance criteria: 

Given that I'm a user who is filling out information associated with my account, I should encounter the gender input on the second page of sign up. When I click this, I should have the option to select my gender.
