continues adoption of a material design UI.
Displays the number of problems within the set. options button on right Problem set titles that are too long are cut off with a "..."

Clicking the title of the set opens it in the same window. Text underline on hover

Options button on right:

Share (displays the twitter message modal)
Duplicate (makes a copy of the set)
Add to folder (#703 )
