ASL and visual dictionary for specific terms #961

Suggestion from specialists at ATIA. ASL students may not understand some terms or phrases similar to how ESL students would get confused. ASL is another language.
A visual dictionary that shows ASL signs or other visual explanations can help student. Students could select a word and the image/definition/translation shows up
