Using the existing Miradi data model, define a semantic ontology to help relate projects together as well as relate projects to external semantic ontologies in the scientific, ecology and social spheres.

Story: Develop a semantic ontology for projects. This would then enable Tanager to make better "suggestions" of similar projects.

Might want to also consider using similarity search with Elastic Search
