How to handle the longer run times without being able to split the accuracy data #24

@mikeizbicki I am struggling with dealing with the splitting portion of the missing data algorithm. I am not exactly sure how to type this out on github, so ideally I would like to speak to you on zoom about this if you are free. Otherwise, I will work with a smaller test case. Ie I will just work with a 10k line file and cut out the last 1k lines as the 'missing data'. I am free whenever. Thanks!
