For a single bundle.js

diff file on save
transmit diff through channel
(extra) upload bundle-diffSHA.js bundle-diffSHA-part.patch bundle-diffSHAParent-next.patch
(extra) notify uploaded

Client: SW:

apply patch to resource, re-cache
postMessage reload to windows

Fallback:

iframe
parent gets diff and generates file into local storage
set hash of file to local storage
child frame opens, and writes js to blob and appends to page (or eval)

Fallback fallback:

reload on uploaded message

doesn't look to be implemented (maybe chrome android via web accelerator thing) - good example would be feeds

Maybe the SW could act kind of like a proxy.

[ ] could this be implemented with a service worker?
