explain that the presentation is a webpage (sub heading - "ping-pong, in the browser"?)
explain that the levels selection uses canvas
colour spaces were a strange jump (introduce it before?)
diagonal colour line was hard to see/understand

Maybe show a colour cube with many points in it, (something like this: http://www.colorcube.com/articles/models/cube.gif) then we get the idea it's a whole cube not just the corners, then remove all but the blue line. Also rotate it a bit back and forth so we can see the depth (spinning all the way round might be a bit of a mess)
