Add an example showcasing many (all?) features #3

An example showcasing a few placement options was added with this commit: https://github.com/benfrankel/pyri_tooltip/commit/eacff6d6e7e55cc8f9edf921d854e70b0ec31ce9. This example should be fleshed out some more, and more examples should be created for other features.
