py-spy seems to support 3.10 but it is not mentioned in the README

Hi,

A small issue. I think:

(versions 2.3-2.7 and 3.3-3.9).

should be changed to 3.10 or 3.3 and up?

or better to write explicitly the supported versions via badges?

Thanks for noticing this! We do support python 3.10 - and I've updated the README to mention that in the last commit.
