Add build instruction to README #659

It would be really helpful to add build instructions to README.md to clear any ambiguity.

for future reference and for those finding this issue due to now knowing how to build it, follow these instructions:

install dependencies: install rust, maturin, build-essential and libunwind-dev
build wheel to dist dir using maturin: maturin build --release -o dist
