%A (album artist) shows up as album title on export folder name #214

Setting file name preferences as: %f/%A-%T/%n %t

leads to the following file/folder structure:
Encoding_name/CD_title-CD_title/track_number track_title.xxx

instead of:
Encoding_name/CD_artist-CD_title/track_number track_title.xxx

XLD 20131102

reproduce are the most important.

Sorry, It seems an odd one out for one CD. 
This CD had different meta data for different tracks: 
• Track 1 had the 'album artist' set to the album title;
• Tracks 2-4 had the 'album artist' set to blank.

So this was a bug in the cddb or musicbrainz meta data, not in XLD.
