stops ejecting discs when completed ripping

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. rip a number of discs (7+)
2. discs stop ejecting automatically when rip is complete
3. restart xld and disc start ejecting again

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
always stops doing it after ripping 7+ discs without restarting xld

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
disc stays in drive, audio cd/extract window remains visible

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

OS 10.9.1, XLD Version 20131102 (145.0)

Please provide any additional information below.

I've made no change around disc eject function since version 20130720. Can you 
check again with the previous version?

Note that XLD doesn't eject a disc when rip result contains error.
