I want to add the CODE OF CONDUCT.md file to this repository

Expected Behavior

I expected a file like this CODE OF CONDUCT file in this repository for contributors.

Current Behavior

That file is missing

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Check the file structure of this repository
  2. Search for the file named CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
  3. You'll get the result as not found
