Getting through it. Thanks so much for the improvements. A couple of majors:

You really cannot be committing binary .mat files to the pull request (please be careful when staging files for committing, or add e.g., *.mat to your .gitignore file)
Make sure your default indent (tab size) is consistent

Reverted back to using GiveMeFunctionHandle (running TS_TopFeatures went from taking ~4s to taking > 5 min in the new implementation that forces you to use the overheads in GiveMeCfn)… In future can have a nice parameter structure for classification settings
