crack/caulking issues #143

some separation at the following areas needs caulk:

opening between family room and foyer, at the base of the cased opening where the trim meets the tile floor on the north side.
upper cabinet to the right of the refrigerator in kitchen, separated top to bottom incl crown molding from wall on right side.

center ceiling panel in great room (with the chandelier), cracking in caulking between mini-crown and drywall cracking in caulking between stair newell post and tile @ foyer

Jeff looks like they missed the spot around the base of the staircase newell.
