What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Game 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game status indictator side bar is not visible, or actively 
indicating. Bar size changes as screen resolution changes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
First Build, XP SP#

Please provide any additional information below.
GUI issues, does not move proportionally with screen resolution.
