Library LiquidCrystal_I2C needed for build even if LCD_I2C not defined. #29

The reason is that the "GirsLib" is a library, which does not know config.h, and its pre-processor symbols.

Simply not worth it. LiquidCrystal_I2C can be installed from the library manager.
