Should be used by a remote Lirc that runs the Lirc UDP driver. Just a listener that spits out its raw received timings to UDP.

Although that, given the Listener, it probably would be less than 100 lines and a few hours, it appear that the usage is more than questionable. No-one uses Lirc any more, and those who do, do not care for the UDP driver.
