Support named remotes #8

The list of remotes/commands can be either compiled in or read from a file on an SD card.

At least in the first version, no particular attention to performance or memory. Assume a Mega2560, or better.

This is being done in the branch named-remotes.

Implemented through recent commits. Said branch has been merged. Work to generate the code would be desirable, but that is another issue (really :-)).
