(Hardware) Replace Arduino support by general Girs support #24

Hardware like Arduino should be supported like "Girs servers", see http://harctoolbox.org/Girs.html. Thus, specific "Arduino support" can be dropped. Girs server can be implemented on all sort of similar systems. In this context, demodulating IR detectors should be supported as well.
