Option for "rendering" as IRremote type parameter #75

Option --oneparameter to render, should produce the hexadecimal parameter, as possibly rendering format.

"Dual version" of #72.

There is a considerable amount of stuff about #75 (incomplete) and about this ("complete") checked into branch oneparameter. But I am reluctant to merge it; unsure if it is a sane solution. Comments?

I do not consider the work in branch oneparameter to be a good and sane solution. In IrScrutinizer, the export format Arduino/IRremote addresses the task, although not as general.

Ditched.
