How to clear old references #182

How do I clear old references of files I've changed/erased, as alway I get a warning message:

Static asset "bower_components\riot\compiler.js" skipped because it wasn't found, 
original reference=bower_components/riot/compiler.js

What version of the plugin are you using? If it's not the latest version (1.1.0), consider looking at the README or issue #147 to understand what has changed
