image_get_intermediate_size will return nothing when intermediate equals original image's size #36

I discovered this while using Marketify's stock media, where in several cases the original size was equal to the "medium" style. In those cases, image URL was returned empty.

I'll be submitting a patch that I have tested on my local environment.

Fix merged into current development. Will be in next release.
